After several months' mutual discussion and revision on the plant design, finally the plant is confirmed.
It's a 50m³/h alluvial gold processing plant, including the gold washing and separation system, the gold melting, the water recycling system, and the tailings treatment system. All of the equipment are controlled by the electric control box, which is with higher automatic and much more safe.
Below is the general flowsheet of this plant. It's designed as per the actual terrain condition of the customer's site in Burkina Faso.
It totally takes 5 40-feet high containers to load the complete system.
