About 119th Canton Fair

Please refer to this notice on the exhibitor recruitment of International Pavilion of the 119^th Session of China Import and Export Fair (hereinafter referred to as Canton Fair).

1. Exhibition Time

Phase One: April 15-19, 2016

Phase Three: May 1-5, 2016

2. Exhibition Venue

China Import and Export Fair Complex, No.380 Yuejiangzhong Road, Guangzhou, China

Phase One: Hall 9.3, Area B. Part of Hall 5.2, Area A

Phase Three: part of Hall 11.2, Area B. Part of Hall 15.1, Area C

3. Exhibition Space

The total exhibition space is 20,000 sqm

• Fabrics & Home Textiles

5. Stand Rate

There are three options of space rental, raw space, premium stand and standard stand.

Phase One: The rental of raw space is 3,300 RMB per sqm (minimum 36sqm). The rent of premium is 36,000 RMB (9 sqm with premium facilities). The rental of one standard stand is 32,700 RMB (9 sqm with standard facilities).

Phase Three: The rental of raw space is 3,000 RMB per sqm (minimum 36sqm). The rent of premium is 33,000 RMB (9 sqm with premium facilities). The rental of one standard stand is 30,000 RMB (9 sqm with standard facilities).

For those exhibitors from the Least Developed Country announced by United Nations (see attachment 2) can take the possession of free booth. Only one free stand will be provided for each Least Developed Country （reserved 8 stands totally for LDC in maximum） on a first- come-first-served basis. The remaining applications should be paid.

6. Application for Participation

6.1 Qualifications for Application

All overseas enterprises which meet the requirements of Participation Provisions (attachment 3) can apply for participation. To attract high quality exhibitors in the best way, the following five categories will be put into priority in review of application: Priority to counterparts professional products; Priority to energy-saving and environmentally-friendly products; Priority to high-technology products; Priority to exhibitors who are leading enterprises in the industry; Priority to exhibitors from the country or region with larger trade-deficit to China; Priority to exhibitors applying for the custom-built booths.

6.2.1: Please apply to the China Foreign Trade Center directly. Or you can apply to the authorized Agents of the International Pavilion of Canton fair (attachment 4)

6.2.2 For enterprises from the Least Developed Countries Listed by the United Nations, please apply to the China Foreign Trade Center directly.

6.3 Requirements for Exhibitors and Exhibits

6.3.1 Exhibitors shall be the ones legally registered over 3 years (including 3 years) by eligible law in any country or region other than mainland China. Copy of the Company Registration Certificate (with company stamp) or other valid certificates shall be submitted.

6.3.2 Exhibits shall fall into “The Exhibit Catalogue (International Pavilion) of the 119^th Session of China Import and Export Fair”.

6.3.3 Exhibits shall be produced in any country or region other than mainland China. Certificate of Origin shall be submitted.

6.3.4 Only if the Exhibitor, prior to entering the Exhibition Area for setting up stands during the preparation period, present to the managing staff at site of the Organizer the customs clearance of all exhibits or other original documents such as ATA Certificate and submit relevant copies, can the Exhibitor enter Exhibition Area.

6.4 Time for Stand Application

6.4.1 The deadline for application of Phase One is January 15, 2016.

6.4.2 The deadline for application of Phase Three is January 30, 2016.
