Description of stirring tank
XB Series mining machine stirring tank is applied to mixing of each kind of slurry. It is mainly applied to metal minerals in the mineral processing flow chart flotation or gravity separation mixing of minerals to average of mixing of chemicals and minerals and also useful to pother non-metal minerals stirring.
Structure of stirring tank
The machine is mainly consist of tank, vertical axis, Circular barrel driving rack and motor, motor will drive the belt wheel on the vertical axis through triangle belt and the lower vertical axis will drive the spiral impeller to reach those pulp be average.
Working Principle of stirring tank
This stirring tank works by the motor v-belts transmission and the rotating impeller, which can make the drugs and pulp fully mixed. The stirring tank is the necessary equipment that Increase the time of the potion reaction and strengthen the drug reaction quality.
